So if you've been wondering how to fix lower back pain, exercise is certainly one way. Although perhaps not the first way that comes to mind.

How to Exercise for
Lower Back Pain Relief

Thigh Raise: Lie on floor on your stomach. Lift your left leg as far as you can comfortably. Hold it for a count to 10. Lower. Do 5 reps each leg. You'll feel this in the back of your thighs.

Backwards Leg Swing: Using a chair for balance, lift your left leg back and up. Keep your knee straight. Hold it and low. Do 5 reps with each leg

One Legged Lift: On your back on the floor arms flat at your side. Keeping it straight, lift your left leg off the floor and hold for a count of 10. Do 5 reps each leg. .

Obviously, with any exercise for lower back pain start slow. Especially if the only exercise you've been getting is lifting a fork. Or the only stretching comes from bending your elbow - if you know catch my drift.

In other words exercise caution but do exercise. Prevention of back pain is the key: Practice the right moves and your back can be relatively pain free.
